FAMILY CHRISTMAS IN WHITE MOUNTAINS
Slow down the Christmas season and spend this time of the year like
you’ve always imagined: Romantic ambience, original Austrian biscuits
and delicious punch, as well as fresh snow on primed ski slopes.

SCHEDULE:
Sunday, december 19th:
After being heartily welcomed you will get the chance to have a snack
with some hot wine or punch. Before having dinner you are invited to
attend a charity church service to celebrate the fourth Sunday in
Advent.
Monday, december 20th:
Honey-candle tinkering with Sonja
Tuesday, december 21th:
Tour to
„Gut Aiderbichl“.
- This location unites man and beast. It is supposed to act as a place
of refuge for animals that had no reasonable chance in life. Especially
during the time in Advent “Gut Aiderbichl” is worth a visit.
Wednesday, december 22th:
Tour to the city of Salzburg to visit
Schloß Hellbrunn
(= Hellbrunn Palace). A lovely Christmas market – far away from hustle
and bustle – will be hosted in the castle courtyard. To celebrate the
tenth jubilee of this event many other attractions are going to be held.
Thursday, december 23th:
In our “Bakery for the little ones” all the kids will bake and garnish
self-made biscuits under the wing of our pastry cook. Of course they
will eat and show these off afterwards!
Friday, dezember 24th:
Christmas Eve
3.30 pm: Strudel and snacks with punch and hot chocolate in the
“Lech’n” snuggery
5.00 pm: Traditional “Turmblasen”: Popular Christmas songs
are played by brass
instruments from the spire of Radstadt church to commemorate the
deceased.
7.00 pm: Classy dinner in the festive decorated restaurant
“Mirabell”, musically
accompanied by harpist Andrea Stöger
9.00 pm: Familial Christmas party with the Gründler’s
themselves. The landlord
Robert Gründler and the guests will spend some time singing Christmas
songs
in front of the shining Christmas tree.
9.45 pm: In front of the huge crib in the hotel’s idyllic garden,
everybody is going to
chant “Silent Night, Holy Night”
Saturday, december 25th:
Day of Jesus Christ
Romantic sleigh ride into the snow-covered mountains all the way
to the very idyllic “Unterhof-Alm”
Sunday, december 26th:
Day of the Holy Stephanus
Large Christmas-Brunch, saying goodbye and finally starting the
trip back home
